3 wide slots are bottles and 5 narrow can slots is how its set up. Yes, it doesnt matter which slot you vend out of, it just freezes the machine up after three vend and it reloads then quits vending. The screen goes to --.-- and i cant do anything to it without unplugging the stack plug and resetting it, then it MIGHT let you in the diagnostics to test the motor to make it reload correctly. Complicated, huh? lol. Thanks!

I have a 501T machine. It is set up as a bottle/can machine. Bottles vend fine, however you can vend 3 can but it wont reload after the 3rd can, and shuts down. The display goes to all lines and wont accept any money. If you try to go into the diagnostics, it gives a code of some sort on the screen of like xxxx.xx. Sometimes you get lucky and get into the diagnostics and do a motor test, it reloads fine, then sells the 3 cans in a stack and shuts down ecause it wont reload. There is no jammed cans in it. Any ideas?? Thanks!
