Try these people.

www.thediscountvendingstore.

It seems like they may have parts for these machines.

Nobody recommend these machines because of poor quality and no support.

#14706 Vendo V-max vending machine tips advice needed

While at pepsi Gatorade used the same clips as 20 oz bottles except we took a utility knife and cut the clover off so the cap on bottle laid flat. Also the sign face had rivets in the trim. If someone has changed that sign face and didn't reinstall those rivets then it will be loose and cause the door to bow when closing. Close the door and tighten it then install the rivets in the holes. You may need to redrill the holes since the new sign face won't have the holes to match up with trim

This is true.

After I replaced a front on a Vendo 821, until I replaced rivet in trim I had to pick door up slightly to close it.

#14683 Vendo V-max vending machine tips advice needed

On Vendo V-max, I can tell you it takes certain clips on gauge bar to vend bottles, along with moving gauge bar for certain size bottles.

Same with cans, need can clips, along with moving gauge bar.

Vendo's website has all the info you need to set up machine for cans or bottles.

Should be a display on inner door on how to set up for cans and bottles.

Did you level machine at location?

Door should not have to be raised to close, it should shut easy.
