I'd like some help/clues on protecting some of my locations' candy. Not everybody keeps the air conditioning cranked, so a couple of my locations have warm and humid conditions and it is affecting my Mike & Ike's and my Skittles.
I've read places where vegetable oil cooking spray is used, but my question is, how?
Do you spray the stuff at home and take it in a container, instead of pouring directly out of the bag?
I'm not sure I want to whip out a can of Pam and spray my candy, in the middle of a busy pizza parlor or restaurant.
Thanks for the advice.

skittles are the worst for melting and sticking together. even pam doesnt' stop them from melting.
I spray mine out at the truck before I tak them in. dump the candy in a large zip-lock bag, give it a blast of spray, then shake it around. Open it up and give it another blast. The trick is to get them evenly coated without leaving them greasy.

Although I've never tried it, I've heard that if you spray a wooden kitchen spoon with pam, then stir it around in the head, that will be enough to fix the problem.
