My Rowe 7800 has been working fine but one of the top row columns quit vending. When you select it the screen says make another selection, I can not access the price to check it but when I use the test utility it vends ok.
Any Idea where to look. Unfortunaly I do not have a manual for this machine.

Why can't you access the price? Do you not know how, or will the machine not let you? First thing I'd check is what the price of the row is, and make sure you put in enough money to cover it. Can you check that?

This is the only column that will not let me access the price. I am not getting an error code.
