Just wondering... Are any of the positive reviews that have been posted on this forum about you, been posted by you under another name? Could you get at least two of your past customers to call me and tell me about their experience? If you can do that, maybe I'll reconsider my views. My number is 970-623-1272. Sounds like from the phone calls you sent my way, you are legitimate guy, with good service. Until people can get out from under their Genesis machines, I would recommend you to help keep them going. I am not trying to sell them my machines so that they will get rid of Genesis. A used AP 7600 off Craigslist is 25x better than a brand new Genesis machine from the factory. I wish people would get rid of Genesis, and buy real machines from ANYBODY.

Just another point of view.
I have had my Genesis machines for nearly a year now. Have had only minor problems so far and happy with the extra income. Yes, there are some things about them I don't care for, but I was green to the business and now I know a thing or two about a thing or two and I intend to keep them up and running as long as they are willing and able. But having said that, I would probably look to purchase a different brand/model should I ever expand.
