Hello everyone
I have a DN501E and I'm trying to change all
the prices. I push the blue service switch and then
and the machine goes to HD mode but from there it won't change I press 1&2 buttons at the same time but nothing happens. The button works because I can put the money in and press the button and I get the soda but when I try to toggle from HD to other menus that's when it dosent work.

Sergio, when you press buttons 1& 2 at the same time....does the diplay stay at "HD" or does it change to something else?

I just had this happen. You need to check the other buttons with a multi meter to make sure they are all good. When my machine did this i had bad select buttons on 6 and 7 so it locked up like this, but vended ok (except 6 and 7).

Does your machine have a selection membrane or does it have switches? Also, you have to press and hold buttons 1&2 at the same time for it yto movr through the menu.
