I just got this new machine i have it loaded and ready to go i vend tell it gives me the product then it will give me 2 soda then take my money once then 2 soda again and so forth. Stuck not sure why its doing this i need help pls.

What is the model number on the serial plate on the outside of the door? Is it two or three cans deep? Is the problem in a wide column or a narrow column?

model # is DNCB501R/511-8 I do believe its 3 cans deep and the problem is all of them are not vending right the single ones are doing the u buy 2 then takes your money once then it will let u buy 2 and so on the big ones with the water are giving u 1 and then u looose your money 3 times then it will vend another

i called the place where we bought it from he said it sounds like it was set for only bottles he is sup to be calling me back. Im still waiting though
