Got a call from my location that my DN 368 is not accepting dollar bills. Any suggestions on what it could be or what to check??

Read the lights at the back of the validator. If the validator is in an error state it will be flashing. Count the number of flashes then look on the sticker it should tell you what the error is and give you a starting point.

Turns out that a wire came loose on one of the motors. This wire cause the failure of 3 motors and the validator. Once repaired, all is well. I learned of something else to look for when servicing my machines.

/I was told by Pepsi that it is normally one of two things.
/1) not enough change up to the sensor line (quarters, etc.) to give change)
/2) unplug the machine.. sometimes its just a glitch and will reset itself.

\hope it helps.. its worked for me a few times
