I have sent 3 e-mails to UTurn, over a one month period, to have someone contact me about ordering parts. Noone has responded yet. I left my name and number on the "contact us" form you fill out.
Has anyone else had a problem ordering parts from UTurn?

Sounds like if you didn't buy the UTurn machine from the company they will not sell you parts. Keep that in mind folks.

I ordered parts from them yesterday and didn't have any problems . I did not buy the machines from them. Just call them.

It was cheaper to buy a used UTurn on e-bay and use the parts.

They will not sell parts unless you have purchased at least one machine,

they will sell you parts but at double the price unless u have bought a machine from them.that pissed me off.I told them ihave a lot of thier machines and they all will need parts eventualy and with some more sweet talking I now get all my parts at the cheaper price.
