I would start would 5. Singles do well, with gumballs. I wish I would have started with that. Great choice.

i would choose 5 double heads...
that's how i started ... works fantastic even if you put assorted gumballs on one side and either any type of small candy on the other side or maybe a flavored selection of gumballs on the other like green apple... strawberry / bannana or whatever...
works super nice..
