Hello everyone,
I need to know of a tough vending machine that I can put into a very busy laundromat. The laundromat is unattended, but it does have a lot of video cameras in it to deter vandalism. Still, I want something that can't be easily tampered with just in case. I bought a seaga triple vend off of ebay, but was disappointed when I got it because the top of it just screws onto the base. Someone would just have to unscrew it and take it lol. I'm going to be putting the Seaga in a lube depot. Whichever machine I choose for the laundromat, the base of it is going to be bolted to the floor. I am currently considering a U-turn eliminator because I've had them before and they seemed pretty secure because the base just didn't screw on, it was bolted on from the inside of the machine. Any other type of vending machine you guys can recommend? This location is way to good to pass up. Thanks for your responses in advance.

I recommend the Super Pro triple head. The head is mounted on the stand with 4 upside down srews with lock washers. Turning the screws will do nothing.
It also has 3 product doors that helps with removal.
Their are alot of imitations going by the Route Pro name.

super pro's are good machines. i have a few of them. Also the vendmaster v-lines have held up well for me so far in the 2 years I have owned them. I am looking at gumball warehouse and also seaga's but I have recently been reading some bad reviews on seagas so i might stay away from those.

Howdy,

Tough? Beavers are tough and reliable. Best coin mech in the business. I've got a couple dozen or more. As for U-Turns, I wouldn't characterize them as being "tough". They are easy to service, though. Those plastic mechs, which are so heavily criticized are fairly easy to un-jam or even replace at low cost. I'm not anti U-Turn; in the right location, they can bring serious money!
Consider Beaver. Thier mechs are unrivaled.

i would go with a Platinum triple vending machine from "Gumball Machine Warehouse" the stands mounts with screws and is welded on top to the flange.
the black one they have is the same mounting style as the Seaga so make sure you get the Platinum machine if you wanna go with a triple vend.
I dunno if i'd go with anything plastic in a very busy place... just doesn't make sense to me... but you know best your situation and what the place is like.

I can't believe you guys!! U-Turn?? GMW?? You are asking for complete destruction. Here:

http://www.nwcorp.co...ines/strongbox/

NW "Strong Box". There thief/damage proof. You can knock one over, kick it, it wont break. Newbies PLEASE keep to yourself when someone asks about machines. You have NO clue what you are talking about!

someone with so much experiance surely should know that if a thief wants to break into something bad enough he will no matter how "tough" the machine is.there is no such thing as thief/damage proof.this machine isn`t even out yet acording to the site so there is no known feedback.so you are speculateing on the performance of this machine which doesn`t seem like something a skilled veteran should do.
this board is here so people can express thier opinions, not just you guthvending.
none of my u turns have ever been broken into or had any major probs.I will keep recomending them cause they work fine for me and my locations.
based on what can you say that I don`t have NO clue as to what I`m talking about?have you picked my brain and came up with this rational decision or are you baseing it on my choice of machines??

i wonder how vandalism proof is that bomb proof machine if they can just walk out with it... hahahahaha
that's my favorite vandalism move. myself i'd rather put some quality machine for a low cost and do my best to make sure it's as safe as possible in that busy place. if it gets stolen then i'd just replace it.
try buying that million dollar bomb proof machine and then they'd just walk out with it. NW makes it sound like a bomb is gonna go off in the laundromat and your bouncy balls will still be ok...
hahahahhaaha nice....
so i would stick with my earlier pick:
