All of my machines are of the single machine tri-vend type. I have additional candy and gum wheels to switch out depending on location. The opening on my gum ball wheel is 1.5" I need a capsule that can fit. The 1.1" is too small for what I want to do. I am wanting to start selling the mini's(candy bar minis, I saw a competitor doing it but he has the 3 head tri-vend which I am afraid allows for a larger capsule). All I have found online is the 1.1"s 1.75"s and 2.0" and larger. I bought a 2" out of a competitors machine tonight and it is to big. Does anyone make a 1.5 capsule and if so where can I get it? If not where can I get a larger gum wheel for these style machines. They don't have a brand on them. They resemble the Ashlands and similiar styles. They are exactly like this. Posted Image The candy and gum wheels are a plastic design and plastic gear.

I would have to go home and look at my own machine but could you take one of your wheels out and drill the hole bigger. You might have problems relocating the springs (I don't know don't have one infrount of me). Or if you don't wont to relocate the springs then just modify a plastic cover blocking the front hole. I would guess that this mod should work just fine and give you what you are looking for.

Sorry it has been so long sence the post but I did look at my machines. While this could be done (I did do it) it was very thin and I had to add plastic to it for strength. I still would think that the brake downs would be very constent. The plastic was thin and I broke five wheels just trying to do this. I would not recomend it. What we can do is contact manufactures and request that they make a wheel specificaly for this. I thought that maybe if I went to my local machine shop I could get this done with a metal. Trust me the cost was not worth it. THEY WONT A LOT. It would have taken the machine 3 years to pay it off thats including the candy sections adding to this. I would not go this rout.

PS don't feel like running spell checking sorry
