I just purchase a Selectivend 3037 and I am having trouble getting the manual. The machine as it is set up will not take a bill, nor will it hold change (all inserted change slides into the return change bin)

Anyone know where I can find the manual or how I can fix my issue?

I am not familar with the selectivend but I can give you a couple of troubleshooting steps. It sounds like a bad or dirty coin mech to me. First shut down the power and disconnect the coin mech, unlatch and tilt the top part of the coin mech out of the body. Clean the top part of the coin mech (pull back the spring loaded front part) with soapy water and dry real good. ( DO NOT USE ANY KIND OF CHEMICAL CLEANER that can leave a film on the plastic) 2nd make sure the coin mech has enough Nickels to give change. On most machines a lack of nickels will put the machine into an exact change mode and shut down the bill validator. Not being familar with your machine I do not know if it has an exact change only light or message but I would check that also. If the coins still go straight thru to the coin return then it is either no voltage to the coin mech or a bad coin mech and I would bet on the second choice.

Thanks for the help. Turns out is was a lack of nickles causing the systems to shut down.
