I have not set a V-max up for 24 oz bottles but I have for 20 oz bottles and monster energy drinks so this should work.I just got my first machine to sit in front of my Atv sales place. Its a Vendo 511 according to the plate on the side.It says Vmax inside so I dont know. It works fine on cans but I dont exactly know how to set it to vend bottles,Im wanting to do 24oz.Singe stack will be fine for my small volume. I dont know how to adjust the cams or anything so If someone here is familiar with this type machine please let me know. Thanx
1. after opening the machine, below the slots where the drinks sit remove the metal cover that covers the motors for each slot.
2. Empty the cans out of each slot and to the right of each motor there will be a small metal tip with a cotter pin in it. remove the cotter pin and reach inside the slot and remove the piece of metal or shim from the slot. This shim is for cans not bottles.
3. Underneath and to the left of each motor is another cotter pin and three small holes. ( Since the machine is set for cans the bar underneath each slot is probably sitting in the middle hole. remove the cotter pin and reach underneath the slots and move the bar to the hole on the left.
4. On the face of the motor slighly lift up the outer tab and spin it to the #1 setting. This will allow you to single stack your bottles. #2 would be for two deep and so on.
5. Slide the depth bar up to the depth of the 24oz bottle
Your Done
Lst me know if you have any questions.

It should not be tight. Just enough space to let the bottles slide down freely.Thanx for the reply,I got part of it figured out ,I had the metal shim out and the depth bar slid up to the bottle.. One question, how much clearance should i have from the end of the bottle and the depth bar.

The Vendo website has changed but you can go there and look for a manual and they do have setups there.
