I am having trouble with a DN 5591 control board. I have one vend position, C4, that is giving me an error code of "NV". After troubleshooting I have determined the problem lies with the control board itself. I cringe to think of spending the money to replace a board for one position not working.... does anyone else here have a BevMax unit with this issue, and is there a quick part on the board that can be replaced?

How do you know its the board? Seems strange that one position would go bad and it be the board... if the board is bad.. a whole row or machine would go. Could be a wire or a bent pin... clean the contacts on the connectors on the motor.

It could be missing the x,y for that position, in that case... you're manual will tell you how to relocate..

Having replaced the vend solenoid for the slot, I then swapped the B&C row harnesses to see if the problem went with the C harness, and alas the problem remained in C4, so the problem has to be at the board. Even speaking with Dixie they agree in that after a self-test it continues to show the error. What do you mean by "X,Y" ? This is a glass front machine..... 5 rows, 9 vend slots per row.
