I am looking to get into vending and just purchased a pringles machine. My question is why would my local wal-mart not have any bulk vending machines at its exit? From what I have read Coinstar has walmart accounts. Should I just ask my local manager about this or whom would I contact?

Not asking about putting my pringles machine :) but a nice bulk rack would be sweet there.

Walmart has phased out vending at some locations based on the store layout (Prototype).

All vending at Walmart is controlled by the Other Income department in Bentonville. Walmart Store Managers have no authority to allow (or dis-allow) vending machines or vending operators.

If you try and make a deal with the local manager, you will get the boot from Walmart Corporate once discovered.

Walmart is a nasty heartless corporation....they are the most difficult store in the United States in dealing with. Don't waste your time with them...because believe me, they WILL waste your time in more ways then one.

Wal Mart wants no vending machines in their vestiblue at any time anymore. They are concentrating on clearing out clutter. All machines are to be outside and are serviced by the Venders inside Coke, Pepsi etc. The only one inside are the DVD rentals and a few very few games.
