I am in the process of buying a vending machine (preferably a combo machine) for my client's office (about 20 to 25 employees). I went on Vendohio.com and spoke to Doug. He told me that he has a combo machine which in reality consist of two machines and apparently they get hooked together. The snack machine has the coin slot which can also be used for soda machine. The snack machine is USI Mercato 5000 and the Soda machine is USI Summit 300 Satellite.
Both machine are reburbished and are about 3-4 years old (according to him) and he is asking about $2500 for both. I need some expert advice:
Is this a good deal?
Is USI a good company?
For a combo machine, is this a better way to go?

That is a good machine. We do have a model called a GO380 which is a new combo machine that will run you about the same price.
