Thats 166 per machine per month, average. A top notch candy location might make that per month, but i wouldn't expect that to be the average of an entire route. Sounds like he's stretching it a bit. 75000 seems like way, way, way too much, unless the box truck is a significant part of that. Say the truck is worth about 30-40k... you're still paying 600-800 per machine. That's alot!

I'd try to get him/her to bring the price down considerably, or produce some records from the accounts. If it actually grosses 110,000, then its not a bad deal, but thats the dubious number, to me.

These are $.25 candy machines he has, or are they the large candy vending machines with packages of candy? If the latter, then this might make more sense..

i think he is very misleading and has incorrect information too good to be true trust me the average machine per month only make about 15 to 20 dollars per month it all depends on location location location so i guess hes telling you each machine is making about 150 dollars per month.

I would let that deal walk! if you have that kind of cash start the business from scratch! you will do much better.

Wow. That was a tough read. :) It does sound pretty 'iffy'. Check the financial statement. If someone is making that kind of $$, then chances are good they are an actual business. Registered w/ the IRS. Check out their last 2 of 3 years returns.
