If there is no manual available, maybe you could tell me how to see the total sales figures?

Go through this website http://www.cranems.c.../CmsManuals.cfm if they don't have what you're looking for then push data button on keypad an control board and then push bottom right button on selection board on door(at least thats how my 472 works).Good luck.
