I am buying several vending machines (can soda, bottles, candy, food, and changer) and need some good information on what type of mfr is best. When I say best, I am mainly talking about price and dependability. I am sure this business is like any other where one brand is known for its dependability and one or more being at best questionable. I am not much short of buying blind. HELP! Need help from an expert.

Well if you are interested in some type of energy product, you should go to www.vendingsystems.com. The company name is American Vending Systems and they sell Buzz Bites which have 100 mg of caffeine in them. The equivalent to one cup of coffee and 5/4 of Red Bull. They are also better because they are cheaper than the energy drinks out there. They are also really reliable. Just look into it.

If you looking for good quality, reliable bulk vending equipment, you should contact Beaver Machine Corporation - www.beavervending.com – 1-800-265-6772. They have been in business since 1963. They manufacture a line of vending equipment that carries with it an excellent reputation for longevity, durability and superior quality. Having one of the lowest refurbishing and maintenance costs in the vending industry - they are definitely the first choice for new operators.

GOOD LUCK!!!

We handle vending machine sales, repairs, and parts. I am personal fan of Dixie Narco, Vendo, and Royal. Very reliable machines, easy to fix and service. If you are interested in them, please contact me and I can get you a very affordable quote. I can also answer any additional questions about getting started.

I do not sell machines but am in the vending business as a operator and consultant. The following machines are good quality, used by professional vending companies and parts are available for repairs. All these are the staple in all professional vending companies and for good reason.

Beverage Vendors:

Vendo
Dixie Narco
Royal

Snack Vendors:

Crane National
USI
Automatic Products (aka AP)
Polyvend
Rowe

Cold Food Vendors:

Crane National
Rowe
AP
Polyvend

If you are refering to bulk vending I dont have a clue, other than Beaver Brand....

Polyvend is no longer, we used to sell them but they were bought-out many years ago by Crane National. Rowe no longer makes vending machines either but they are out there. Don't get anything earlier than a 5900 in the snack machine.
I agree with the beverage vendors. Check out vending.org as they are the national vending association and have a lot of info. The lisitng of snack machines are the top ones used and you may check out AMS machines as well.

Yep, but all the ones I mentioned can be found on the used market and parts can still be found for most of them. I was naming the ones found on the used market that were known reliable machines as well as new. My goal in my post was to keep him away from the likes of Planet Antares and such..... ;)

I own a fitness center, and we have a drink machine supplied by Pepsi and 3 gumball / candy machines. We bought them and maintain them ourselves. They work fine, and this company has all the supplies available for them with many candy options. Check them out before you make a decision.

If you are looking for a good and quality vending machine, try to contact 4megavending.com where they often have pre-owned bulk candy vendors or mechanical snack & soda combos that have never been used and are still in the original packing for a fraction of the cost. This vending machines are refurbished and I know this will fit into your budget.

I would ONLY buy used from places like Craigslist because you can buy them for about half of what a broker or re-furbisher will charge you. plus you save BIG on shipping charges.
