Does anyone know how to change the Price of a Vendo V540 10 selection pop machine?

Vendo's website wasn't very helpful and noone answers the tech support phone.

Currently it is set to $1.50 and I would like it to $1.00.

Thanks

I have multiple vendos but Im not sure on models. I believe that one has a service mode and a reset button on the VMC. If there is no VMC and its dumbmech then you set it in the mech. If it has the mode button hit it till the display reads pric. Use buttons 1 and 2 to scroll up or down and button 3 to confirm. It should say something like sl 1 after entering the price mode. sl 1 stands for selection 1 or button 1 on the machine. I think the rest is self explanitory. Also I dont like vendos and wouldnt buy them because they do not stand behind their products.

Not just the tech Vendo is a terrible company to deal with. I bought my first glass front, vendo vue 30, and have replaced everything at least twice. It breaks constantly. Not a good machine for $4000 and they wouldnt make it right by buying it back within the first 6 months of me having it.I will never buy a vendo again that is for sure

Sorry to hear that. I have many vendos and all work great and are reliable. I have a live display v-max that has grossed almost $100k in sales in 3 yrs and has never broke down other than changing bill and coin mechanisms. The motors are all original. However, do agree with poor tech support in general.

The V-max arnt bad machines but Vendo dropped the ball bad on their class front vendors. To many motors and too many things to go wrong. It only ran 5000 but if I would have paid for the parts it would have cost me money.
