Alright I'm new here with in the last two months ago an I now have 7 machines.1 is a DN276.THEN I GOT TWO PEPSI JEFF GORDON DN501E FOR $300 EACH I THOUGHT this was a great score now I'm trying to se up a DN501mc? According to the tag it has 3 wide and 5 narrow rows .ok here is the problem Im setting it up for cans I got all the rows working except one of the wide ones it has a green an yellow cam set on 2 loading 3 deep put it will only drop 3 at once then skip cycle till I drops 3 again the other row (wide same cam works fine) when I got the kit to change my 501e's to cans I got a shim stuck bad I took motor off to free shim put back together 180 degrees off at first it did same thing dropped 3 reset timing problem fixed I tried it one the 501 mc for the hell of it then it wouldn't drop at all any ideas and now my use snack machine were can I get a chart for setting the scrolling treating can't figure out the upper letters.
Please help I'm Baffaled

Try going only 2 deep hope this helps

No when I first set it up I didn't realize it was a 3 deep machine.I originaly was trying to set it up 2 deep in the wide rows but every third cycle nothing would drop(in the wide rows that work right now) that's when I realized it was a 3 deep
Thanks for input any other ideas DN tech support said 2 plastic shim on each side of wide row could placing more shim fix this?

I figured it out it wasn't shimed tight enough I had to add one more plastic shim to each side now it works as it should
