Hello all,
We signed up for a charity today and received our " Letter of Authorization" from our 501c charity which proves we are participating in the vending outreach label program and can show this to merchants if they wish to see it. My questoin is can a merchant use our vending machine as a write off since they are allowing us use their space in lieu of a commission? I ask this becuase it seems it would be a good marketing tool to get machines in stores if it was a benefit to them. If anyone knows the answer to this I would appreciate it.

I have a friend who is willing to sell me a triple head machine really cheap and I would like to find out more about the charity programs, too. Could somebody chime in and tell us a little bit about how this works?
