Hello,
We purchased our first flat vend sticker machines and are in the process of loading the machine. We tested the machine after loading the stickers and one of our columns is not vending correctly and is missing vends. Each sticker comes in a card board white booklet and we would like to know what direction you are suppose to load the sticker booklet: i.e with the binder end towards the front or the opposite direction?

The reason I ask is that we ended up turning it around for one of the columns it finally worked, the other columns seem to work fine the opposite direction. We just don't want to load them incorrectly and have alot of mis vends and thus angry customers...


If anyone has experience with sticker machines I would really appreciate some advice.

in order for the sticker to vend.. the open end needs to be toward the back of machine. The folder with the sealed end needs to be loaded so that when the mech is pushed in the sealed end comes out first..Make sure after the column is loaded to put the weight on top of the stickers..

your welcome...keep me posted (if you dont mind) of your first month collection amount (sticker machine) also what type of location is it in? I'd like to hear what kind of numbers other bulk vendors are doing with their flat vending machines..
