Those are fairly new machines as you said. I am not sure what AP and USI are asking for them new, but it is probably from $2000-$5000. Used in good condition, probably $1000-$3000. That is what they are probably worth, not what I would pay for equipment, but if you have a large route, good location, and the money, they are worth it.

Thank you for the info about AP brand of snack machines. I am currently considering buying an established route (yep I understand the risks of a location telling the "new owner" to take a hike) and the owner of the route has AP machines (don't know the model numbers yet) in it. Where do I look on the snakc machines to see the Model # (I assume the back of the machine).
He says the machines have been in place for more than 5 years. That helps me feel that the locations probably won't go away (unless I fail to service them properly). But it also means that the machines are at least 5 years old!.
