I got my 25 cent bulk candy machines and my biz lis. and ins. Do i need any special permits? Do i need to have serial numbners on my machines? etc,,,? Is there any thing else i need to do???

Don't spend money on things that you don't need, especially at this stage of the game. There are no special permits for bulk vending, but your mileage may vary. If you see any permit stickers on the bulk candy vending machines in your area, then chances are you will need them to. I however had yet to see any bulk machines needing any special permits.
You can use serial numbers if you want, that's up to you. I don't know of anybody who does tho.
