have a vendo 570 and I recently replaced the Coinco mechanism which had failed, now that I replaced it (working fine) all selections say sold out, I did test each column and all tested OK, rthe other issue when I close the door the service buttom closes and vends one item from each colum, i did try disconnect and reconnect all harness and terminals.

any suggestions

How did you test the selections? In test mode or putting money in? I'm confused the coinmech will not accept money if all selections are sold out. When you close the door the motors are rehoming i.e. can falls. What had failed on previous coinmech? Sorry I'm not good with model #'s I just know each series of machines genre. Tell me how you price the machine and I can help better. Just a thought.

Make sure you have all the wires it the correct position on the VMC (vending machine controller). I know that the door switch and the DEX plug wires can be crossed, This will cause the machine to act crazy. Also if you have a diagram on the inner door it will show you how to hook up the VMC correctly.
