The machine is a combo machine. Genesis GO-380.
I came to restock the machine and it wasn't cold at all. I took the back plate off of it and turned the thermostat down and waited until the next day and check it again to find out that it still wasn't cold.
Any idea what the problem could be? The fan was still blowing in the front part of the machine..
I really don't know anything about vending machines. So any help is appreciated
