Yes years ago, when we first started, we own about 30 USI, candy and drink machines, we have since have gone to crane machines(GPL's).The machines(USI's) are not bad, we just felt that the GPL were more user friendly, and offered more options for the money.

These machines have what is called a guranteed delivery system, what that is, is when your Customer puts in his money to buy a product, and for whatever reason there is not a product there to be dispensed, the machine will turn 2.5 times until the product is delivered, or if no product is there, it will ask you to choose another, or you can hit the refund button to return your money.so why is this feature so important, because no more upset customer due to hang ups, refunds, empty spiral due to loading, and also it will save you time, money, and gas just to go out to a location to take care of these problems.

I took delivery of a 32 drop snack and 6 drop soda. I have bought 4 other machines from them in the past. Never had a problem in fact they have reallgood tech support if you need it. Don't forget to ask what they have available in refurbs -- have two of those never a problem and the look brand new.

I have purchased 2 machines from them in the past both with the I vend system (simular to the GPL posivend). They have been on location for about 8 months and they are the only machines that I have never had to give a refund for (I don't have any GPL's with the Posivend feature). I just ordered another machine from them last week and I'm trying their 90 day no payment financing.

The IVend and Posivend features make it easy to get locations replacing older machines. Vending without getting your money taken - Its a whole new industry!!

The Wittern machines are the only machines I will buy. The machines are of excellent quality, and I seldom have had to do anything to them. They really stand by their warranties and are extremely helpful. Another reason I won't switch to another manufacturer is because I have 26 of their machines right now, which is significant enough that down the road when I have a lot more of them out there, eventually, I may pull some out of the field to use as "parts" machines. If I don't have 2 or 3 brands out there, it will be easy for me to provide my own parts when I need to, and as with anything mechanical, the day will come when I will need parts 10 or 15 years down the road.
