This year seems to be the worst for diet soda I have ever seen. I'm in the process of phasing out all diet soda. I have a hotel that recently got a new manager, and she drinks diet. We recently got rid of diet Coke, now she wants a diet. What is the best selling diet soda?

Diet Coke is still the best seller. Maybe Diet Dr. Pepper but diets really need to have an audience or a lot of people using the machines. Keep 12 cans in a slow moving column to keep her happy. Even if it expires you've kept her happy. If it sells out then put 24 in and be glad someone is buying it.
