Here's my problem it was doing this before and two of the columns where jammed. so i emptied them cleared the jam then got all the cams facing the same way. Its was working good after that. Now it's not working agine. I don't see any can and really don't want to empty all those cans agine if I don't have to. If anyone can help that wold be great.

Jammed columns and machine not taking money are two separate issues.

Pull the motor cover off, Check the cams for proper position if one is jammed disconnect wire on motor release the brake ( flat piece of metal on side of motor) motor will spin back to release can. You won't have to unstack machine. Just a thought.

What kind and model of coinmech? Does it pay out coins with coin tube switches? Do all the motors turn when you push the cam switches? Check middle connector on the cam switch and recheck several times it may look like a good connection but it is very common for it not to be good. Just a thought.

Do you know how to do a "TEST" vend by utilizing the mode button on the control board and then pushing the appropriate selection buttons?.
