I'm newbie. Particularly how to remove the shim, with the cylindrical cradle in the way. Step by step would be good.

Also, how to change prices.

To change cradle you need to have the motor stop half way through rotation. This can be done by setting the cam on motor or by removing power. You can then lift shim out and set new one in its place. You must be each selection. To set pricing, press the mode button on the control board. Display should read "HD". By pressing & holding selection buttons 1&2 at the same time you will advance through the menu. When you see "S-P" release buttons. Press the selection you want to price. It will display current price. By pressing tand holding the button again will raise the price. Release when you get to desired price. If you should go past the price you want, release button and quickly press again. This will decrease price. Do each selection you wish to change then press the mode button to lock in pricing.
