I have a snackshop 113 and recently it stopped vending items only if customer is purchasing with a paper dollar bill. Machine works fine if you purchase with change but when you put a dollar bill it gives you credit for it but when you enter selection you would like to buy from, it doesn't vend the item and it takes your money. I tried replacing bill validator to see if that will solve the problem and it did not, still same thing. 10 years in business never had this type of a problem. If anyone has any suggestions what might be wrong with my machine, I would greatly appreciate it.

Sounds like a bad validator (or two). Do you have another to try? Also make sure all connections are secure
