Yes. It appears so. I have heard from many operators confirming this. There was a packaging problem at the manufacturer.

I thought I was the only one affected. I drove to 3 different Sam's last month and ended up buying the individual packages and opening tons of them ! What a pain in the butt that was. I am so glad they're back.
