Hello,
I am new to this world, I have a DN 501E mc/s11-9 as a gift from my grandfather, it is presently set up to dispense 20 OZ bottles, any idea how to convert it to 12 oz cans?
also any help in loading etc would be cool..thanks

Did you ever figure this out? You can call Dixie narco(google them) tech support and run it down for them. It is prob just a matter of shims and settings(if it has a computer). Anyway good luck.

Look on the inner door, there should be a chart on how to setup the columns for the product. You will need to remove the bottle shims and replace with can shims, set the cam and install rods in the single column's. That is pretty much it.
