i have this combo machine for a month. i bought it used from a guy. i don't know how old is the machine and no warranty. It said RC800 Made in China on the sticker.
i don't know what brand or name of the machine. it's a snack on the top and soda on the bottom machine.
my customer put a dollar in the machine. the soda is not coming out but the snack part works fine. Prior that, it has 3 slots for bottles soda. it gives me a bomb sound. that bomb sounds like soda is dropping but no soda came out. now the can soda and bottle soda are not working.
what is the problem? how do i fix it?

Open up the soda section and try to see what is going on. I know nothing about this particular machine but you can usually run a test vend while the door is open (although be careful so the soda doesn't drop on the floor and break.) Just try to see what is going on and if something is jammed.

It sounds like the vending chute is not in its proper place to bring it to the door.

does anyone know where can i find the diagram / troubleshooting of the machine?
