Does anybody do office water filtration/cooler systems? If so, do you have any recommendations on a brand/type of cooler?

Back when I was an operator we used Oasis branded water coolers. We had very few problems with them other than it was hard to keep the drip trays clean. We finally ended up buying spares and I would have the drivers replace them then clean the old ones in the shop.
