A newbie question. Is there anybody who places their machines outside? Are the security risks associated with having machines outside worth it? What about weather I live in a rainy place would the weather be hard on the machines? Does a machine have to be placed in front of a store or is it possible to have electricity put in by the city and approach city hall and have a vending machine placed in front of a public toilet in a park for example. Or is this a bad idea.
A newbie question. In your over-all experience. Is an ice cream machine make more profit then a drink machine or a snack machine of equeal size? Which type of vending machine do you have that makes you the most consistant sales? Location has a lot to do with it I’m sure did you do a survey to help you know what your customers want? Or did you use another method to find out what sells and where the best location would be for that machine?
Regarding the issue with security. Has anybody had problems with vandalism on their machines? Are there any machines that are easier to break into then others? What particular locations have caused more problems with security that you would recommend staying away from? Thank-you for any advise, I’m a newbie considering getting into the vending machine business.
