Hello everyone,

I'm new to the forum and looking for advise and information.  I've been doing lots of reading and looking at different ways I can supplement my income.  I am a teacher and have lots of time available in the afternoons/evenings and summers off.  I have been wanting to start a route of gumball/bulk candy machines.  I'm looking at buying some VendMaster double head machines.  How are these?  What should I expect to pay for them?  some are new, some are used.

Thanks for any info.  And any suggestions other than the typical stuff you find in all the online articles would help.

i personally would stick to A&A Global, Oak, Eagle, Northewestern, and Beaver.

These are approx 60 new for the first three listed, and the last 2 are more expensive

I woulnt pay more than 25- 30 if they are if route ready condition (no missing parts, paint is good, normal wear and tear only, etc)

If you find any 1-800 bulk machines they are useable

dont pay more than 50 each for them though

P.S. vendiscuss.net has more activity and more help.

I agree with Orsd.  Don't make it hard on yourself - stick with proven winners.  You've got a great idea for extra money in the gumball routes.  They are tremendously easy to manage if you can go all gumballs (provided the market is not already saturated).  Start with a few, maximize the placements of each one, then expand some more.  Good luck to you and keep us informed of your progress.
