Purco office deli recently went through some abuse at a location of mine where they were shaking and beating the poor machine to death. The employees at the body shop have shaken this machine to the point were it now takes over a minute to return the remainder of your change, if any. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what part could be broken or loose or may need examination? Thanks in advance for the help!

Try these people.

www.thediscountvendingstore.

It seems like they may have parts for these machines.

Nobody recommend these machines because of poor quality and no support.

There's no reason for a long change payout unless you might have turned the multivend option on that leaves the change amount on the display for another purchase or for more money to be added to.  If this option is on then you might see a delay of a couple of minutes before change is paid out while the machine waits for more money, another selection to be made or for the coin return to be pressed.

Another possibility is that the coin return chute is dirty (body shop dust) or not angled correctly due to the abuse and the coins just don't slide out easily any longer.
