The post was removed because it was hacked! I have no idea what happened maybe you can tell me since you run these posts frequently. You should make no assumptions and blame the poster or whatever is on your mind. I do not know why it was removed, it is ironic you make those comments. I know there have been posts that have been removed by the site by whoever does not like the posts. Maybe like you said (it hits close to home) for what ever reason. However, there are people and companies out there including here misguiding people into other directions that only benefits them instead of the customer or individuals seeking help or advise. That is wrong!  Every machine breaks, every machine gets old, and every machine at some point foreign or domestic loses support, parts, and it just breaks down at any point, whether is prematurely or old age. Getting back to the point here about the post. Every time someone exposes a company for something they did, they get defensive, lash out, deny, lie, and start making legal threats and run to mommy and daddy law to save them. That's the Cowards! way to handle things instead of owning up and coming through as an honest, professional, and responsible merchant. Good thing there are people out there that felt strong about what was posted prior and someone had a copy of it. Therefore I want to make this clear, the post has nothing to do with me or the person who posted it. The person who had the bad experience reserve the right to remain anonymous and just wanted other people to be aware of his bad experience. He is entitle to his freedom of speech as a customer and does not in any way shape or form represent any ill against that company. They can drown in their own juices of schemes. Therefore if you scum of the earth are out there still in business and you read this, you know who you are Shermco, you need to stop selling garbage, ripping people off, and stop stealing people's money!  And by the way, everyone in America have the freedom to exercise their judgment as a customer against any merchant when they have any kind of experience whether is good or bad.

==Bought 5 vending machines from Shermco vending in Maryland Virginia including parts for it. They got paid in full back in November and they promised to ship my vending machines before Christmas. They sounded very convincing and promising at the time of purchase.. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and sent them the payment via western Union since they had told me that they need the money so could expedite my delivery to me through a freight company. I did not have a credit card at the moment to pay them such amount of $10589. I tried calling them and some woman answered the phone and said the guy who handles the delivery and sales was not available and to call back. I called the next day because I have a busy schedule and cannot sit on the phone all day waiting for someone from their company to call me. Well the never did, I called many more times and finally was able to speak to some guy I think was Jon or John, and was told that they had a problem with the freight company and that they were finally sending them out and I would receive them by January since they were not able to do it during the holidays. They set a date and I waited at the warehouse I own all day for the delivery and no one showed up. I never got a call from the freight company or anyone confirming the order. So I tried to call the company and was told that again there was a problem with the freight company. Well I asked who the freight company was, and I was given a number to call. I called the freight company and was told that they had no record or any shipments placed or arranged by shermco. they never heard of them after they looked everywhere for orders.

I called back shermco vending and demanded my money back and to cancel that order. Enough of the run arounds, just refund me my money. I was told by some unprofessional jerk, that they did not do refunds and that I would have to wait for my order to be shipped whenever they have it ready to go. I told them how is that possible, I have been waiting for over two months since is already February. I demanded again my money back and they hanged up on me. I tried calling them to demand my money back and they refuse to answer any questions or face up the facts that they are a bunch of scammers, crooks, and unprofessional jerks!

I like to say I did however previously had ordered some parts from them for some vending machines I own. The parts were damaged and used up. Two keypads I order did not even stick so damn cheap that it came off at the school I have my machine in the next day after I replaced it. The motors got stuck after two weeks, and a main board I ordered got fried within a week from replacing it. I tried to return the parts and they refused to take them back.

----Please if you are planning to buy any vending machines, or parts from any company out there Please save yourselves the aggravation and loss of money and STAY AWAY FROM SHERMCO VENDING TOTAL RIP OFF! I am fighting trying to get my money back and hopefully someone can help me. Just thought I share this with this forum since I have nowhere to go for help or let good people know before they get scammed.Thank you
