I am interested in starting my canding machine business. I am going to buy 10 vendstar 3000. What kind of license and permits do I need. I live in Florida. I have talked to so many people and nobody seems to know. The department of ag said I needed to have a seperate storage unit to house my candy but that seems like a bit much???? Any comments and suggestions would be great. Like I said I'm just starting out and I need help. Thanks.
