Wife and I are new to the industry. Does anyone have any suggestions about where to get contract templates and other legal documents that are beneficial/useful for vending?

Also, when putting a machine such as a snack or beverage into a place such as a company's break room, what is the typical revenue share? I'm assuming the owner of a location like a factory or warehouse gets a kickback of the profits?
