Does anyone know how to get a hold of these guys. I know Andre Rauch is still in business, but only supplying parts for the Butlers, but I cant get a phone number other than the one listed at the Vending Store which he also owns. HELP!

You can try the following1-302-351-3349 or 1-866-289-6947 The last one I reached him at was the 866 number but that was over a year ago. I hope this helps.

Yeah, I had the 302 number but it is disconnected and no one answers at the other number, I have tried multiple times and left messages and never get a return call. As far as I am concerned Andre is a biz op scumbag who won't support what he sold. He talked a great game, but now when people need him we can't get help so equipment that is only 2-3 years old is becoming worthless. I am seriously considering a lawsuit as the butlers were defective from the beginning (remember the door lathes among other problems).

Scottgtt and tedk,

Do you have any more information on GB?
Are they still in business?

I haven't talked to Andre for about a year now ut his website appears to be up and running.
