I have a product vending machine model 3014A and it accepts all other coins or dollar bills except quarters is there a way to fix this issue can anyone point me in the right direction

You should open the acceptor (top part of coin changer that opens toward you at a 45 degree angle) and make sure that the curved ridge that is the coin path is clean of grime (scrape it off with your fingernail).  Use a dry paper towel, the rougher the better, and wipe any grime off the inside surface above that ridge and on the surface of flight deck you lifted up.  If that doesn't help then you will need to replace the coin mech.  I can exchange it for you if needed.  You can send me a PM.
