I have a GO-380 and it is not giving change back. Screen says COIN INIT ERR.

Any ideas?

snackshop 113 issue

My snackshop 113 has started dispensing one item from my number 5 row (every row A-G) every time I close the machine. I have tried the soft reset of unplugging and plugging it and still doing it. Any suggestions?
