royal rvc660-9

hey guys a have a royal rvc660 and i just wanted to see if anyone knew about these. it currently vends a slot when theslot is completely empty and takes peoples money. what could this be? the drop sensor? thanx

It seems like Ive had that same problem before and had to adjust the drop sensor. I'm wanting to say it's on the board. I can't think of what else it could be. An empty column is a bad thing so we do are best not to ever have that problem. :P

there is a flat head screw on the board to adjust the sensitivity if I remember right there is also a red light that comes on when you turn the screw you want it set so the light just turns off to set it properly.

thanx guys. ill check it out tommorow! i really appreciate your help. this is not the first problem ive had with a royal. i have another one where only one selection always says its sold out! i think its an rv390!

Adjusting drop sensor
turn clockwise until the LED light comes on, then turn back 1 and 1/2 turns. THen slightly tap the shoot to see if the LED lights rapidly. If that works you are good and should test and empty slot in the back(tends to be more accurate)
