My question is how would I go after a new business account. There are many new business going up around town. I want to get there first before someone beats me to the punch. One in particular is going to be a ob-gyn office with 6-7 different physicians . The specialist that Iam seeing mentioned that it's he's brothers and another partners business. Iam new to vending already done my research and read serveral books so now Iam eager to start beating the streets for accounts. I would just like some input on who to contact or do I have to wait till the building is complete?
Thanks..

I would not wait till the building is complete. I would try to contact the building owner or management company. They may even have it built into their plans to place vending machines.

I am going to be facing the same situation. Unfortunately, it is going to be at least 2 years before completion. They are talking about 1000+ employees. The good news is that I am right across the street. SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE.......

GOOD LUCK TO BOTH OF US!!!!!!

I would stop by during construction and talk to the foreman or whoever is in charge that day. They should be able to get you started in the right direction.

Wow! Thanks so much you guys for the info. I was thinking the same thing (to get on it before the building is complete) I am going to stop by the site tomorrow; because it raining today; and speak with someone in charge. When I get the owner or management company I'll call and inquire about their vending plans. I'll let you guys :) know how it turns out.

Thanks.
