I am trying to remember a snack/candy/ frozen food wholesale conmpany out of Chicago. I thought is was called "CVS"
but searching the web I can't find it. Its the same type of company as Vistar and CSI. I swear it was "Chicago Vending supply" but no luck. Anyone know it?
Also and other big food companies that deliver in the midwest? Mich, Ohio, Ind?

There was/is a distributor out of the Chicago area callled Five Star. Vistar bought them a couple years ago. Vendors Supply has a branch in Ohio that also serve Indiana/Kentucky/Ohio. Not as big as Vistar but pricing is much more competetive. 800-277-8363
