The coin mech in my Dixie Narco 368 will not accept coins.  They run right through and come out to the change return.  It does give the proper change when dollar bills are put in the validator.  Is this fixable or should I just replace the coin mech?

You would need to replace the coin mech.  It's probably lost it's tuning.  PM me if you need an exchange unit.
